You can change or update the phone number linked to your Shopee account easily via Shopee App.
To do so, go to the Me tab via Shopee App > Select ⚙ icon > Select Account & Security > Select Phone > Enter New Phone Number > Select Next > Enter Verification Code > Select Next.
